Storm split, northern one fizzled out over me in Dumont. Southern one was the winner. Just drove through. Lots if thunder.

Starting to get big drops falling at random.

Man, we got a nice cell inching it's way northeast to me in Dumont waiting for my son. It's getting dark out and temps dropped 4 degrees.

Insane storms to my east, south and north. The one over NYC looks incredible. Lots of thunder and lightning seen/heard from my house.

86 out, in sun definitely feels it. Out back in shade with breeze it's really comfortable. Bright blue skies.

Decent day. Sun beating down on yard, you could just feel tge moisture evaporating. Sitting in backyard now watching the huge storms over Sussex county move to my northeast from little ferry.

No, sandy destroyed everything in Little Ferry except where i grew up and live again. Highest point of town and only party that don't require flood insurance after all flood maps were updated because of sandy. I lived in New Milford during Sandy, our area and old home were without power for almost a week.

I never lost power at my home in little ferry. It surged all night but never went out. Was odd being one of the few houses in the area with full power...and A/C!

100 degree's is not exciting as 20 inches of snow, no f'ing way!!!! LOL

And if they are regular commuters, the slow downs on the rails from heat kinks and track patrols.

What a absolutely gross and wasted day. Was not expecting this much rain. Had hopes of checking out high point monument at sunset... Oh well.
