    Northerly winds have dropped my temp a degree with rain going to a frz drizzle?..i think a low popped up nearby and just off the coast,my winds should be southerly with the warm front passage but alas its not. Interesting to say the least..

    Whats interesting is the forecast temp is in the 50's but currently my dp's are dropping. They were 34/34.. .its currently 34/30f now with a nne wind.

    Looks like possible backend snow as this system keeps tracking ene. Curious to see how southerly the low exits the coast. Yesterday models had the low in new England,doesnt look like its heading that way though. Something to track with the winds later.

    Usa vs canada. Mens nhl full squads with the brothers Tkachuk leading the way. Also its still snowing with a backfilling radar.

    The bronx is has been accumulating since it started.also the temps havent gone anywhere. Its cold up here. Officially a inch down with s+.

    The banding features developing west of nyc are def a wildcard. Also the mixing line might not make it north of the lie,and def not making it to the bronx. We are quickly approaching an inch here with moderate snow. 30f.

    Everything is white including pavement. 29f..moderate snow and cold!!..the mixing might not occur north of i80. The precip is outpacing the mix line.

    Always good to see the precip outrun the warm air. The backend is already in western pa. All snow here until the tail end of the batch maybe?.

    Coming down pretty darn good right now. Starting to whiten things up on colder surfaces and trees. Temp has dropped to 30f.

    My temp hasnt risen above freezing yet. A forecast high of 36f. Its 31/19f currently. The hrrr is 2 to 4 degrees warmer then current numbers show.

    This is my thinking when it arrives here in the city,some of those rates are going to be impressive,im easily taking the over on the inch here. The best part is the precip trying to outrun the warm sector,its already clearing out in parts of ohio.

    I think a few people are going to be surprized when it arrives as moderate to heavy snow. This is not the shredded type of precip shield either. Also of note,the warm push isnt as pronounced as the models have it with deeper cold involved. I dont see how we dont get more then an inch here imo.

    Good backbuilding from harrisburg up west of allentown up into nnj. Nyc stays in the snow for a bit.

    There is still one more push from the sw. I think the radar keeps filling in maybe up to white plains ??..it's snowing here rn.

    4.4 here in the northern bronx. Pred p type thruout was snow.sleet also but not as much as advertized. Rn its still snowing with some sleet mixed in.. Temp back to 28f.
