  1. Surface temps running 3-4°F colder here than progged on GFS.
  2. No model gives my hood less than a foot over 60 hours, clown maps notwithstanding.
  3. 21F here now. GFS forecast low is 23F.
  4. It didn't look bad to me for most areas south of the pike.
  5. UK is meh around these parts. We toss.
  6. 0C 850 never gets above the canal and the 700 doesn't even come close to that, but it has surface temps getting to 40F in Prov and Bos.
  7. The 3k had it over by 10z Tue, much less qpf on round 2.
  8. Yeah, my hood lost 10 inches from 18z, lol.
  9. Looked to be more offshore this run, so NH and ME not getting the goods like at 18z.
  10. Round 2 looks like it may disappoint many, after seeing 18z.
  11. You know its all downhill from here, right? Starting with 0z. It can't get any better.
  12. LOL. That blend must take into account the JMA and the NAVGEM, not to mention the French and German models.
  13. Not much sw either. Like I said, we toss.
  14. The GFS is a carbon copy of the IKON for E ME.
  15. There will be no repeat by the GFS of what we saw in the NAM.
  16. LOL at the IKON. E ME crushed at hr 90 & 93.
  17. This is what the NAM had 6 hours earlier, although the beginnings of what we saw at the end of this 0z run were taking shape at hr 84 at 18z.
  18. The 12k and 3k NAM both show the 0C 700 mb getting to Boston but crashing back after about 2 hours. The GFS doesn't get the line even to the south coast. The NAM barely gets the 850 up to Boston, while the GFS has it up to MA/NH border.
  19. That's what I'm afraid of at 3 days out still. It can only be disappointment from here.
  20. Let's keep that bullseye right where it is now.
