    Nah. Maybe that was a thing in 1990s… Our schools are open today. I have issues with how they handle snow days sometimes but they generally do a good job with HH days.

    OXC and Waterbury can typically deviate significantly though. 84/73 here and I’m just down the road, still forecasted to hit upper 90s HI.

    NWS has the heat index pushing a hundo so with some schools not having proper ventilation just a day into the new year, I don’t mind it.
