  1. I see a wet pattern for SoP unfolding. No narrative. It would be nice to start a winter season on time for a change, so hopefully it’s cold enough that it happens.
  2. Yea probably a good 1”+ for most. The rainy season is upon us.
  3. Thankfully a rainy period is upon us just in time for the holiday season.
  4. Don’t worry. Plenty of rain coming for sne this winter.
  5. After the past two falls especially, I’ve sent my membership fee.
  6. The ocean currents are in the early stages of reversing while a winter wolf revs his sled’s engine in his CT garage.
  7. I’m already over sweating details this season. Whatever happens, happens. Can’t get any worse (technically it could).

  9. I have no idea how to define tree species but we are done dropping leaves here. Just a cleaned up brown lawn to look at now…

  11. Yea I have one more small round to do and it will look like a pristine looking brown landscape.
  12. Yea. We can keep all the outdoor furniture in place while the snow equipment is locked in the shed.

  14. yup. Timing a 2wk favorable pattern is what our winters have become lately.
  15. Oh it will keep going, don’t you worry. Way AN and dry falls and short “winters” are the new normal.
  16. Yup. The faucet turned off after that sunday. From one extreme to the other.
  17. Some are having a very difficult time adjusting to the new normal.
  18. Yea. Some will fight it with anger until their death but the rest of us will continue to adjust our lifestyles and embrace reality.
  19. The past couple winters just could be the new normal. We will have spikes of great/historic winter stretches but hot/dry falls followed by warm/wet winters are here to stay.
