Approximately 5 sqft of old ice is on hospice now the sun angle that just gets in over the trees for several hours through noon is too much. 90% certain it won't make it through the night. Just two days and change from March 1st spring it's like dying at 99yo and 10 months.

If I remember correct it was somewhere in that time frame the NWS launched a project to study benchmark storms and nothing happened to analyze.
