Berks dodged a bullet could have received significantly more rain. Radar estimate around 3.5" here with another 1-1.5" to go but drops off sharply to my west.

Basically a grungy cityish area Allentown, Bethlehem& Easton. But reccomend Wert's restaurant in Allentown with great food and worlds best burgers.
