Only the first 3" here was semi paste. All powder after that.

What part of Cranston are you in? I'm 1/2 mile from Walmart. There's over 2 feet on my street. They're big trucks with big blades but can only do so much with this amount of snow!

First 3" was wet but once it started pounding at 1:00AM temp dropped quick and all powder from that point on.

Wouldn't doubt it one bit!
