Gfs has another big storm near the 7th. The pattern looks active with the ridge finally in the west. The MJO also looks to stall in the COD.

Dude this is a week out. Strong signal for a coastal storm. You cant just sit here today thinking this will def be a rain event.

He thinks the pacific will be better than what it is now. Of course we also need the cold. Having the MJO possibly go into 1 and 2 will help if it does go into those phases.
