And before someone calls me a weenie , see Meteorologist Webb post regarding the gefs. Webb I really like the way the GFS & GEFS have been trending w/ the shortwave that enters California in about 60-66 hours (going towards yesterday's weenie 12z Euro run). If we can continue to get more digging & more stream separation on future runs, I might be in business for a winter storm later next week.

What weenie ? Look for yourself. This is the only forum to call another poster a weenie without looking at the runs themselves. What's the point of discussing weather on here ? Amazing

Eps has been horrible this season. Gefs has been pretty good. You are forgetting the -epo. All I have seen from you are warm forecasts until it gets closer lol

We should watch the follow up wave for midweek after the cold front passes. EPS and Gefs has a wave along the front .

Surface stays pretty cold but we need a block up north.

Snowicane was really interesting I got 4 inches in the morning then turned to rain in the afternoon then turned to heavy thundersnow at night and received 14 inches. Boston was raining because of the track.

From the Mid Atlantic forum Meteorologist Wxusaf Holy cow is the GEFS ever ripe D8-10. Confluence in New England from the TPV in Labrador, coupled PNA/EPO ridging out west and a gorgeous deep s/w moving through the southern plains. Precip panels look lovely.
