Yea but we had setups like this in 2016 and 2013 where we saw several inches. If a wave develops , we can get accumulating snow once the 0c line crashes.

Icon is similiar but its warmer. We had a few of these events several years ago. These tend to trend northwest and colder. Let's see if it happens here.
I had snow on Christmas eve which turned into rain late at night. I wasnt expecting it to turn back to snow until late Christmas day for a few hours.
I remember turning on TWC with Paul Kocin and he was mentioning how the storm off the coast is bombing faster than modeled and the rain will turn to wind driven snow for the NYC area and that's exactly what happened. My family was stunned when they went outside and they had to travel home.
