  1. Gfs still looks really nice for the whole area.
  2. Not true anymore. Euro isnt what it was back in the day.
  3. It has about 14mm. Looks really good. Keep expectations in check but these can bust in a good way as we saw in the past.
  4. 2-4 for NYC on the Kuchera GFS maps with more towards LI. I like 2-4 for the area. I wouldn't be shocked if we see less or even more. Depends how fast the front comes through.
  5. I think so Better than last December so far
  6. These storms usually get juicier as we get near. Watch out for that.
  7. Same but I can see more if we see an uptick in qpf.
  8. If we dont get snow from those storms , it hasn't been warm except for a few days.
  9. What an active December this is turning out to be. The warm calls right now are going to fail.
  10. Active December so far . Gfs has a few more storms on the horizon .
  11. Alot of areas will pick up a few inches. This is a dynamic system also. Battle of the warm and cold air.
  12. 2-4 if the models continue to get colder. It's going to come down hard once the front crashes. Its going to be interesting to watch unfold. I remember the models getting juicier the last time we had the same situation a few years ago.
  13. Sref plumes are a general 3-5 inches across the board.
  14. Sref plumes are a general 3-5 inches across the board.
  15. Why does everyone think it's not going to stick in the city ? Alot of you will be in for a rude awakening if the colder trends contnue.
  16. This isnt the same setup as the last storm. What'd the point of going low ? These events usually favor the coast. The models went colder today. We have to see if that continues.
  17. 2-4 is a good call for NYC right now. These events like to juice up at the last second. Let's see if that happens here.
