    The ridge is getting squashed by hour 234 on the eps which has moved up in time from recent runs. It's great news. People are probably weary because of the pattern are in right now.

    That's because the euro has a cutter. Gfs is less impressive with the warmth.

    Everything is going wrong this winter. At least your area saw a nice snow event in early December. I'm only at 1.7.

    Some people are too sensitive and dont want to hear different reasonings. Bluewave is a good poster but he seems a warmnista. Nothing wrong with that though.

    Gfs is so close for the city with the moderate precip. Hits SNJ. Hopefully the models are wrong with the placement.

    Gefs MJO loops in 6 and the Euro has it going into the COD after 6.

    It definitely is We have been teased so many times by the models showing a good pattern which then turns to crap. All we do now is wait and see.

    Rich Hoffman ( he used to be a meteorologist on News 12 ) had a picture on his facebook about what timeframe NYC sees the most snow and the image did show Jan 20 through March.

    Models have been truly awful this winter. Is it because of the fast pacific ?
