    That map seems way overdone especially near the SNE coast. Maybe the heavy precip can overcome the boundary layer but you would need to be in the interior for this.

    This will be a Maine storm like every storm but I think interior SNE will also do well.

    This is why we should take long range forecasts with a grain of salt. I mean even the forecast for this weekend especially in New England isn't set in stone just yet.
