    I have close to 100 hours of overtime this month. Cops were doing 12 + hour tours for two weeks. It was insane.

    That will never happen. People are getting impatient here and some are already re opening with out his permission. Traffic has also gotten worse

    A bunch of violations in Manhattan and Hamptons over places opening without permission. Cuomo is pissed. He said phase 1 can be stalled if this continues for nyc.
