    NYC is the worst place to live for winter weather. Sadly. This isn't even like the last event. There is a secondary that develops with this storm ( rather weak ) but that might keep the cold air longer. NWS thinks a few inches foe NYC is possible. I still like 1-3 maybe 2-4.
