    That's not all snow here in NYC

    What makes this different is that the high isn't retreating fast like the usually swfe storms. There is a surface reflection off the coast that takes over.

    The high isn't racing to the east. These cold trends are legit. A few inches to sleet for NYC seems possible with alot more for the interior NY and PA.
