It's true though What's stopping it from trending worse ? No blocking. Yes a front end is possible though.

With the last storm ,the models were still trending a day before lol The models have sucked a few days out this winter. I'm not sure why . I wouldn't be shocked if this did trend north or even trend south due to lack of blocking and a positive AO.

This will not trend much further north due to the strong high up north. There will be a limit.

Eps went north We can never win here in the city. Worse place for winter .

We don't have blocking to keep this south of the area . There is alot of confluence to the north but I don't think that will be enough.

You can't say that until the storm actually happens which it hasn't. The best shot for accumulating snow is interior areas which these storms.
