  1. The FV3 -- a model I don't care for -- adds to the winners pile.
  2. I think it's getting pretty close. As mentioned above, the 3k frames are much more in line with other guidance. But yes, it's had a rough go ha.
  3. The NAM is slowly starting to pick up on the overall evolution. I would wager by 0z tonight it falls in line, or close to it.
  4. Agreed. It's slooooowly coming around. Yeah I think we can expect some ticks upward if the guidance keeps coming in robust over the next 12 hours.
  5. Because why not.......national high of 78 at Tolleson, AZ and low of -20 at Gunnison, CO.
  6. The HRRR looks positioned well at the end of its run.....
  7. Low of 23 with .7" of snowfall. Currently melting it down so will have that later. Did MDT only report .2"? Glad to see all the overnight action. This would be quite the score for the Canadians. Does the NAM plan on joining the party anytime soon? Eagles game looking more and more interesting ha. Didn't see it posted yet but CTP already has a map out.....
  8. Some beautiful powder has been falling here the last half hour. I love these little events that no one expects anything from. Anything is a win.
  9. Yeah forfeits are always an issue, particularly with smaller schools and at the tail-end weights. You should see how prevalent they are on the girls side, as I'm sure you're aware.
  10. Well, just measured almost .5" here. We'll go .45", if I may. Still coming down decent too. Another win in my book, no mater how small.
  11. Everything pretty much covered here and when I went out a little before noon to run some errands I was surprised how much the main roads were covered too. Roads clearing now though.
  12. I'll say it again, I just love how often it has looked/felt like winter this year. #winning
  13. Got to like the world's odds in that instance haha.
  14. Had a more moderate burst come through here and roads are totally caved.
  15. Officially a dusting here. Hoping to creep towards a tenth of an inch as we go through the lunch hours ha.
  16. @mitchnick looks like we were mirroring one another haha.
  17. I'm on the fence for Sunday but once we get confirmation that the NAVGEM and JMA are on board I'll be all in.
  18. Low of 15. Glad to see some increased potential for Sunday, albeit still a long way from settling things. Today's potential perhaps a little less robust but most of us should still see enough to whiten things up for a bit. Should see flakes flying prior to lunch.
  19. 18z HRRR says many of us are in for a coating to an inch tomorrow, perhaps a good bit more for our western and northern friends.
  20. Au contraire Carlise! I made a few comments just yesterday on the 540 line dipping to the Gulf, the extreme 850s over the Commonwealth, and the daily min records at MDT for Mon thru Wed. Bitter cold on the way!
