  1. I guess I am now, don’t know how to feel about that.
  2. Got my high school swim team events for our first meet tomorrow. Put me in 500 free 200 free then 200 free relay and 400 free relay. I am not a distance swimmer and thus might drown tomorrow. For those who don’t know swim just know that these are the longest events in the meet back to back and I am not great at long distance. For those who do know swim like @NorthArlington101 any tips would be nice. I should go a roughly 30 pace for the 500 so I should be fine but then I swim in the relay directly after and with this being my first high school meet it’s going to be a little rough.
  3. 3. Someone mentions suppression 4. The storm disappearing on the models for a day and the backlash of "it will never snow again" 5. Same people above return in droves as the models tease the storm again a run later. 6. The north trend happens which always seems to happen will surprise at least half the form 7. At least 5 weenie snowfall maps before day 3 8. Mt. PSU gets at least a foot of snow
  4. Back to the possible threat next week. After looking at some of the Euro members some have a pretty good storm for us. Can't post because the file size limit but one had a widespread 6-10 inches of snow.
  5. Oh sorry misread/interpreted that, have been spending too much time in off topic. Thought it was an attack on me posting here, sorry about responding so aggressively.
  6. What is wrong with me posting, is it just because I am younger than you? I am allowed to post even I am not the best poster here, I am young and still learning after all. Also recess ends at 6th grade so get it right if you are going to make fun of me.
  7. What do you people mean this setup is a classic, great lake low transfers to off the coast to the southeast all time while giving us snow in a marginal airmass all the time.
  8. We all know that storms always trend colder and better for our area snow wise.
  9. I think it is slightly due to compression from the image but it seems to be more of a snowflake than graupel in my opinion with how it still retains its look instead of a more rounded look. Also when I took the picture there was no dinging off the ground which means that the precipitation was not heavily rimmed.
  10. I guess its supposed to be a snowflake.
  11. Finally decided to get a profile picture after over 1000 posts.
  12. Geez dude it’s ok it’s just an online weather form. We all have gone through looking like an idiot here. Some of my first posts are terrible and I am so sorry I have subjected people here to them. In the end this community has helped me communicate better with it and in general. The amount of development that my thoughts on weather and general online posting skills have increased so much thanks to this place. It’s the same for you, not to mention we all understand how it sucks to miss a storm so it’s okay to vent sometimes.
  13. Finally got a snow and graupel shower today around seven, then followed it on our way to school. Had some decent rates at times and due to driving with it got to see snow for 20 minutes plus.
  14. It was iffy but if there is a decent snow shower, might have to liberally use the bathroom pass and just walk around school for like 5 minutes.
  15. Thought I might have seen something in-between classes but couldn't stop to look, so still have not seen first flakes.
  16. already this winter things aren't trending the right way within 24 hours.
  17. Yeah just wanted it out there to show that there is some support for some snow Tuesday.
  18. HRR looking good too, after missing the last chance for some flakes yesterday I hope I might see some Tuesday.
  19. Anyone from the northern crew seeing anything?
  20. Looking on radar the clipper seems to look healthier and further south than most models have it currently. Hoping I get to see some first flakes tonight.
  21. yep would almost guarantee white Christmas too.
