  1. It’s not impossible that WWA could be upgraded to warning in some of the eastern areas within the WWA swath, no?
  2. You mean the convection might have less than expected impact on the storm, but not enough to make a difference?
  3. Where? CT this past summer was one of the more thundery seasons I’ve ever seen in New England. Of course Willimantic is inland enough to see more storms than, say, Warwick.
  4. I don’t like how I will have to be asleep when this starts up. Perhaps I could manage to get to sleep early and wake up for it? I dunno. 3am is really early. If I stay up that late I will be all twisted from my normal sleep pattern and I require normalcy for sleep or it is harmful.
  5. Woonsocket. I once lived there in an older guys basement when I was 19. He was in his 30s and I was sort of creeped out by his liking me… but I was over 18 and otherwise thought he was a cool guy. The basement I lived in was amazingly cozy and homey… and I would smoke weed weed with my friends down there. Woonsocket is definitely a colder and, in the winter, drier place than most of RI. Woonsocket seems like you’re getting close to the Worcester hills and the snow is most certainly more likely to be powdery.
  6. Well guys. For CT and RI especially it looks like there’s more model agreement today and we are less than 24 hours away. I just hope the NW doesn’t have a sharp cutoff. I’m not in the juiciest section predicted but still suggesting I see 3-5 inches.
  7. Oh sorry. I just want to find a way to make it better. See I’m a little traumatized still from November 2018. A blizzard was forecast for Iowa and Illinois and 4 days out it looked like it was gonna be a 9 inch blast. Until to my horror, the model runs subsequently shifted southeast until Des Moines was just outside the north cutoff. 30 miles to our south had 18 inches at Osceola. 6 inches even one county tier down. I saw a few flakes and that was it.
  8. I can’t meditate. Some people can’t. And one time Peterman said “Morty, my stories sell these clothes” only for Morty to retort “Cheap fabric and dim lighting. That’s how you move merchandise”.
  9. I see a move by models to try and afford a spur maximum over East central mass down through central CT…. Not sure what’s going on there but it likes part of the CT river valley.
  10. They sure do. Number one for Antipsychotics for me is Akathisia. my akathisia is so bad because I ALSO have ADHD. Stimulants help reduce the akathisia for me because they increase dopamine, but seriously the best way I deal with it… is I just take my antipsychotics at night, and my Vyvanse by day. Having both ADHD and a schizophrenic type illness means too much dopamine in some regions of the brain and not enough in others. That makes side effects of schizophrenia meds like akathisia even worse. the key to everything staying together for me…. Control of self medication problems, medication adherence, overall functionality… is the stimulant. There are lots of people who are anti psych and have tried to get me to go off my meds. They’re like antivaxxers. Obviously I don’t listen to them but it still makes me mad. I grew up taking stimulants… and now I need antipsychotics I cannot stop them, there is no good reason to stop them, and plenty of reasons why not to. there are also some who say schizophrenics shouldn’t take stimulants but for many including myself these help with negative symptoms like depression, happiness and emotional integrity. I won’t talk about all this again on here but now everyone knows my deal and why I’m a little weird. Be nice and I’ll try not to break the rules.
  11. I’d like to dismiss any untoward changes in modeling and evolution as we are 30h out…. But clearly this system is challenging to models…. Is it because blocking somewhere isn’t strong as we’d like? it’s shifty. My fear is a jump back east but if that happened it would go down as one of the more erratic model jobs I’ve ever seen.
  12. Not here it doesn’t. And if it did there this seems like a type of setup where it would flip right back to snow from west to east. You know, the positioning.
  13. You’re misunderstanding me. My medication is not recreational. I don’t even feel it hardly. It’s amphetamine, but if I don’t take it…. I go on to exhibit erratic, impulsive and self destructive behavior and it does not go away with time. Been there done that. I tried going off it when I was 15…. And it was followed by two decades of hell on earth. Amphetamine is crucial for people with ADHD for NEURAL DEVELOPMENT and chemical balance. It’s not a Saturday night party. And trust me I drink way less than most of you do. Don’t get me started you won’t win! Heh. Hitler. Scary dude. In any case this storm is starting to grow.
  14. Alcohol is much safer in moderation. And I mean MODERATION. Way less than the surgeon general guidelines even Weed is a ticket to immediate psychosis. Especially Sativa. I even take an Amphetamine as my most crucial med, for the ADHD. BUT I CANNOT TOUCH WEED
  15. It’s going to snow. That is a foregone conclusion. and with the looks of things it is almost guaranteed to be a moderate event
