it chases everything the low bounces around everywhere... its useless to use it at 18z -
if you look at the surface you can see what looks like it would have been a decaying band in the ctrv at hr 30

I think that western low will be the main player.. in the end I think east of the river gets crushed and a good storm to the NY border

jumps at hr3 and just follows the whole time.. I think we will know with a few hours if places are screwed or not

more recon being sent in for the 0z runs tonight which to me means it could still go either way for a lot of people

The way im looking at it even if I get over 6 its the biggest storm so far this year and a good one but I think the potential even here is high

made a comment in the NYC forum something is off give 1 inch of qpf here but ony 5 inches of snow doesnt even make sense
