  1. 550pm averaged around 11" OTG away from trees and the roof.. we've been mostly light snow again the past hour and a half.. looks like more light returns approaching from the south too
  2. can confirm sleet here as well.. still some snow mixed in CC radar showing those echoes to the south are mostly sleet but let's see if it can fight it out to bring us another round of snow
  3. 1pm LGA: 10" JFK: 9" ISP: 9" Snow has lightened up here but no pingers yet.. i'm closer to 10" as well.. really hoping to reach 12" but that dryslot is very menacing
  4. Oh that's a good idea, i'll try that.. thanks!!
  5. I'll post this question here instead.. is anybody else having problems attaching pics from their phone?? mine keeps erroring out.. the file size is 1.5mb so it's below the limit.. thanks
  6. They might verify blizzard conditions if this keeps up... Easily some of the heaviest rates I've seen so far with this storm
  7. Looks like KISP reporting mod snow with 4" OTG so far.. sounds about right for my neck of the woods as well
  8. That band approaching from the SW should jumpstart the snowfall around these parts (C/E Suffolk) in the next hour or two.. still cloudy here
  9. Wonder if that band moving across the sound will make it to the island It's turned rather sunny here now
  10. You can use this and click the number of images on the bottom left of the page... 200 images should get you the entire loop https://weather.cod.edu/satrad/nexrad/?parms=OKX-N0Q-0-24-100-usa-rad
  11. There's at least a good 3" of fresh snow that fell this morning on top of the compacted snow that fell last night (round 1).. we sleeted/rained pretty good for a few hours.. i'm gonna say between 6"-7" as the total here. Not too shabby
  12. huge flakes the past 10minutes here but also starting to hear the dreaded pinging
  13. Yea you guys are probably closer to ISP's measurement then.. it was tough to find anything more than 4" here and even that I felt like was mostly due to wind/drift so I'm gonna call it 3" on my end..
  14. KISP 170256Z 06016G27KT 1/2SM R06/P6000FT -SN FZFG VV009 M01/M02 A2996 RMK AO2 PK WND 06027/0255 SLP145 SNINCR 2/5 P0004 60015 T10111017 58062
  15. Still all snow here, albeit light Average measurement around 3"... I'm happy with that lol EDIT: ISP reported 5" so far, of course they would haha
  16. ISP is now officially reporting 1/4SM +SN.. Funnily enough, from where I'm at, the visibility is noticeably better compared to 30 minutes ago
