The north shore of Long Island is the new south jersey, temp is really struggling to rise here with so much humidity and the seabreeze, only 86/76 for the high so far

Managed to hit 90 now that the wind shifted to westerly, first 90 here since I hit 94 on May 31st

Maxxed out at 88 here, down to 85 now. Still waiting for my first 90 since May, which I’ll probably get sometime in the next few days

I wouldn’t be surprised if some places reach 6+ inches when all is said and done. Radar storm total accum. Already has up to 5” in spots

80/77 here currently, this is definitely one of the highest dewpoints in recent memory

Got .20” from a downpour this morning but that’s probably it for today, .39” so far this July, but I know places to the east have yet to reach even a tenth of an inch this month. Farmingdale airport just a couple miles to my north only has .09” of rain for July

Sorry I missed your comment yesterday, yeah I haven’t had a 90+ high since I hit 94 on May 31st. The highest I had in June was 89 and 88 yesterday was the highest so far for July. 85 so far for the high today

84/67 currently, just got like 30 drops of rain from a little shower that popped up right over me. Only the 2nd time this month for any precip

87/67 for me currently, no 90s yet this July for SW Suffolk and I think that’ll remain the case

Slight or higher risks always seem to be busts around here. Then when I’m not paying attention during a marginal risk, we get walloped lol

That cell out by Riverhead is severe warned now, 60 mph gusts/quarter sized hail. Has good amount of lightning with it too
