From philklotzbach on Twitter: NOAA officially declares end of La Nina, as sea surface temperature anomalies increased in eastern & central tropical Pacific. However, NOAA's odds of #ElNino for peak of Atlantic hurricane season (Aug-Oct) are very low (8%). El Nino typically reduces Atlantic hurricane activity.
