    Wasn’t sure, I remember starting work that year and getting a bunch of snow end of Jan driving from ORH county to Westwood everyday; the beginning of that winter didn’t seem to stick out.

    I think this over performs south in of the Pike in the sleet department, maybe .15 ice in scattered locations

    Going to be decent ping fest mixed from from the pike to CT border; crazy how it stops at the CT line.

    We had a Nov event, maybe 2003/04 that brought some glaze right to the CT but no further south; this reminds me of that minus the snow further north.

    We have had other icing events over time, but 2008 while it did not reach my former area of S ORH county/NE CT clearly sticks out. I was working a Ambulance shift and remember hearing Oxford MA being toned out for numerous trees down and here I was 12 miles south and plain rain. I have seen pictures of damaging ice that far south in the early 1900’s but that is it.

    Sturbridge and Charlton are not bad, we easy Pike access.

    2008 didn’t hit everyone, it made it just south of the pike into N Oxford.

    Not as good as Will, Jerry, or Steve but wondering if any Analogs that line up.

    Yup 42 here this am and barely breaking 60 for a high for the third day in a row. We had the coldest Christmas in 25 years!

    I’m not sure that’s the case, we have had plenty Jan Thaws with temps into the 60’s

    44F down here in S FL with a chance of Iguanas falling from trees.
