    Center of what is left of Francine is going over me now; has been pouring most of the night and decent winds. Nothing I have t seen during a Nor Easter

    While Kev and Ineed long for the Tropical weather, here I sit in Central Miss waiting to see what Francine brings here. Track looks east of my location so maybe 3-6” of rain and gusts to 60? Sounds like a NE nor’easter to me.

    I just happen to be north of NOLA in Jackson MS this week, seeing what effects we see up here; assume just some heavy rain

    I have been in Central MS for a few weeks and that’s exactly what is has been here. We dropped to 61-62 last few mornings and it’s felt cold lol! Now let’s throw a Tropical system in for good measure before I come home.

    Found Kevin’s heat and humidity, temps 99-100 here in Mississippi with real dews; this is the weather that he wishes he could experience. Will be happy to get back to sensible weather.

    Once day heat up, congrats CT River Valley. Looks like back into the 80’s for the weekend with moderate humidity.

    49F this am, 2nd sub 50 day; great sleeping weather! No problem with upcoming brief warm ups, followed by cool nights. High temps and dews broke in late July; this isn’t South Florida where people hope for a cool front to drop the dews below 70 in late October

    I mean the Atlantic sitting just to our south so definitely a source area to pull moisture from, just need the right storm Or dynamics like yesterday that taps into it.

    Every aspect of life seems to have improved with technology except weather modelings! Why doesn’t it seem so bad or so inconsistent??

    The back building is just insane; the problem is some of these communities are going to be isolated with roads and bridges washed out for heavy vehicles
