For October? For the airports and city, maybe (quick in-precise check, looks like DCA had 14 nights above avg.) But we've had a couple stretches of multiple <40 degree nights. Here, one of those was 5 straight nights of temps in the 30s. 100% sure other places fared better. I think that's not too shabby for October around here....
