  1. HRRR still consistent on temps getting into the mid 40s this afternoon and a mostly rain event for I-95...my temp is currently 34. I have to go with my gut and say I miss out on this one. Good luck guys out west/southwest
  2. Temp actually went up 2 degrees at BWI. Was 38 last hour, now 40F. What would be causing that?
  3. It’s 39 in Baltimore still. I don’t even think I’ll get to freezing tonight.
  4. I’ve been following it all day, mainly to watch temps. I mean I know people say it sucks, but it’s been steady on every run shooting temps into the mid 40s before precip tomorrow..
  5. First signs of precip diving south over Missouri and developing over Central TN
  6. Still 43F here lol. I’m still skeptical but I guess I’m a pessimist
  7. Yeah but even tonight’s temps, it hardly gets anybody below 32
  8. I’m always in a bad spot for storms like this but HRRR never gets me below 33 and I’m 44 at the end of its run lol
  9. I know a lot of people think the HRRR is trash but I’m waiting for it to trend in a good direction, particularly temperature wise and it’s just not lol
  10. If anybody cares, and it certainly could be wrong but the HRRR is very uninspiring...Doesnt get temps below 32 for most of us tonight and temps spike to the mid 40s tomorrow lol
  11. Id make the argument that maybe Frederick, Westmister, Leesburg and points around there should be 1" but for the metros I think its fine
  12. The NWS snow maps have been updated...biggest change i think was western VA...no change for metros
  13. I agree strongly. I think the only places that have a shot at 1" and/or slushy roads are out near frederick/Hagerstown down to Winchester, Front Royal and further SW
  14. As usual, ill be in a bad spot for this one...east baltimore county on the bay in this situation equals no bueno. Ill be lucky to see a slushy dusting on grass. But you folks that may get 1"...enjoy, I suspect thats mostly around I-81
  15. Yes but keep that rain away for Saturday. Right now the system maybe looks slow enough for rain to hold off
  16. I guess we start seeing evidence of this on radar later today?...It’s been a while since I’ve seen U.S. radar this quiet.
  17. Looks quite a bit different on tropical tidbits. Less than 1”
  18. With the traffic and the way people drive these days I can’t say I agree lol
  19. You’re really gonna chase for this piece of crap? It’s not even worth the time. There will be something better to chase than this eventually
  20. Yeah, I would certainly rather it be dry, since the only way I think we lose is if we turn the ball over and turnovers are more likely in bad weather but we just need to run the ball and play our game
  21. Hopefully it speeds up a little and rain tapers towards gametime Saturday night but in my experience cutters typically are slower than advertised if anything
  22. Anybody see the NAM for Tuesday?...lol I mean we all know it’s out to lunch but jeez. Yeah I’m sure midday snow would lead to the NAMs clown map
  23. NAMs say what precipitation? other than the initial rainband tomorrow theres a complete lack of precip
