  1. Nice cell popped up just east of Clarksburg..maybe it’ll clip me in a half hour
  2. About to take a day trip to Georgia to get this hair cut Friday. This mop needs to go
  3. That’s part of the point. Unlike the other QBs you mentioned, the Ravens made an effort to build around Lamar which is important. And will continue to do so. Which will automatically make him more successful than some of the other QBs you mentioned, along with his elite athletic ability
  4. Before all this I thought Phineas was a solid poster...so much for that. The last 3 months has shown us a lot. He’s still living in 2018 Lamar land. You dont throw 36 TDs by accident. Lamar has a great read for the game. He can absolutely improve and needs to. His agility is his best asset as a runner, he doesn’t take big hits.
  5. Most injuries to QBs occur in the pocket...so you’re already misinformed...you’re either racist, or don’t want to believe in the possibility of an athlete being a QB
  6. Mahomes or Wilson were never the runner or athlete that Lamar is. They are both Better throwers then he is. No doubt about it. But Lamar is a better athlete and there’s no doubt about that.
  7. You’re missing the point. He’s a better athlete than all of them to begin with, but lastly, the team is built around him. They didn’t do that with Vick. The Ravens have Ingram who is a great running supplement, Brown who is a fast freak and Andrews who could be almost Gronk like. Add another piece and it’s off the chain. Lamar doesn’t have to throw for 5,000 yards like some other QBs do. The mix up of the game is equivalent to a pitcher in baseball that can throw a 100mph fastball but also break off a curve at 79mph
  8. Now I see why people bash you in the Covid thread lmao. I wasn’t a complete believer at first but come on. Watch the highlights. The dude is a player. Can he work on his passing skills some? Sure. But he’s a tremendous athlete, and the Ravens are in great shape with him and the rest of the young core moving forward
  9. Alright I’m drinking a royal farms cold rolled stout and calling it a night. Hopefully I won’t be turnt in the morning since I’m stopping relatively early lol
  10. I’ll live with Vlad. Dude was a natural hitter. But Sosa and Segui made no sense
  11. Just got done watching Lamar Jackson highlights from last season...man that was fun
  12. Ahhh look at that pancake head!
  13. I did lol. Key barrel aged rye porter. And then I’m laying down and watching movies lol
  14. Well this baseball talk has been great. Thanks guys. I made it thru over half of my growler. Probably about 48 oz of the 64 out the 9.4% marshmallow stout growler so good buzz going. Thinking of having one more bottled beer, but my heart rate is saying eh idk
  15. He very well may have but based on what he did the first 2 seasons with the Os, there was no telling what he would be...and it’s certainly suspicious that after an 8 year career, all the sudden he became a power hitter
  16. That was classic orioles...sign players past their prime just to try to get people in the stands
  17. Eh the Steve Finley part isn’t quite true...he turned out to be very good from year 8 on...mostly from steroids in my opinion
  18. Steve Finley was probably on steroids though. It’s hard to believe that in year 8 he goes from 10 Hrs to 30....steroid era for sure
  19. Lol a little before my time but yes I hear it was quite bad lol
  20. Yeah unfortunately that will always be a mark on his career. But otherwise I agree. 2014 was nothing short of amazing with the roster and injuries that were present. I watched the 2014 division clinch game just a few days ago. The celebration was awesome with the players on the field with their kids and all that stuff and Adam Jones pieing fans
  21. Yeah, the #1 draft picks we squandered are terrible. One can only hope Rustchman pans out, but I don’t love taking a catcher as the #1 pick but we’ll see.
  22. Hindsight is 20/20 but signing Chris Davis and letting Nelson Cruz walk was one of the major downfalls after the 2014 season
  23. Yeah but at the end of the day I can’t blame him. The Orioles really went in the doldrums after he left, and he would have had no chance of winning with the Os. As much as it hurt to see him leave, I’m glad he did what he did as a Yankee
