Went to checkerspot brewery tonight right by M&T bank stadium on Ostend St. Cool spot. First time there. The barrel aged jean Belgian quad is delicious. I’m not sure why they call it a Belgian quad, it’s basically a barreled aged imperial stout but it was very good and balanced. Would be an awesome pregame spot for an upcoming Ravens game

Yeah its raining impressively here in the Baltimore area too...though it looks like it should lighten up some soon and be lighter for the commute/evening

Obviously Im not invested because it wont happen in my area, nor is it a big deal for any area outside of the mountains but for sake of fun (or argument) looks like 12z GFS backing off some on changeover to snow chances outside of the high terrain. Still a slight chance I guess for fellas like losetoa6 but meh.

Yeah, last couple runs have trended a little cooler for sunday as well...Wont complain as long as its 60 and sunny, but 70 might be a stretch except for southern zones

Yeah, I guess maybe Im just saying that because we havent had low departures all winter really...I think maybe I had one morning where it got in the teens.

yeah the wind should help from reaching min lows I guess but might be close. Fairly impressive cold shot for April 1, luckily it looks to be short lived and by easter sunday and next week we're defintely back into Spring

Yeah I don’t doubt that maybe he sees some flakes up there but man those sref/crap short range models like the ARW or whatever is it are useless lol.

Cut grass for the first time today so there’s that lol. The actual grass wasn’t so bad but the weeds are already growing out of control. I try to avoid putting down weed killers because of my pup

Yes. We see the models try to do this all the time in the long range when in reality 90% of the time things dry out before it gets cold enough. This will be no different. Looks like the modeling is trending and correcting to this today so far

It’s right off 43 where all those new warehouse style buildings have been built. It’s in between white marsh and middle River. It’s considered Middle River still. It’s not on the water but it’s a cool spot. Very spacious and it’s the pour your own beer system

Had some beers at Pooles Island in middle River this evening. Crowded. Good stuff, several good stouts on draft still which i what I like. Had a barreled aged one that was quite good at 12.5%

@CAPE Ravens got Watkins. Hopefully he will stay healthy and help some. Not sure I see a big impact but if he can throw up 600 yards and 5 TDs, I’ll take it

Yes....seemed like the modeling looked that way when I looked yesterday...max temps by noon or 1 and then dropping back into the 60s by mid to late afternoon

Yep. Winter ended very early this year around and east of the fall line. Even west of it, it was mostly a dud after mid Feb

Doesnt seem like the new model is gonna be off to a good start lol. Despite what verification scores might have shown I felt like it wasn’t as good as old GfS but I guess I’m wrong

I would agree if the winds do indeed gust over 40...we have a number of warm-ish days with a stiff S or SW wind sometimes but typically its capped in the 20s...over 40 without a storm and warm would be a bit out of the ordinary imo

Yeah I was like 16. I remember playing baseball up at Delaney Valley high school I think and they were literally everywhere in the field. It was weird lol
