  1. We have had a few below zero mornings here, one was -13 but so far so good. I think that was the second winter for them
  2. For sure! We didn't buy our current home until September '17, so no planting started until spring 2018
  3. Full size. My husband tries to push growing zones, and prays for more global warming.... They were planted 8 years ago and flowered the last 5. Not very tall yet, maybe 10 feet. There's one at the cape that's been there for about 30 years. It's huge. I'm amazed it's lasted
  4. The Westfield Crepe Myrtles would NOT like that
  5. It wouldn't surprise me to watch this end of the week thing slowly disappear on the models over the next few days and start to focus on the 19th time frame. To me it has the look that they just don't know what to focus on yet
  6. Well, everyone SHOULD know that... it's just his damn delivery. Took lessons from Rorch or something
  7. He's definitely more clam than linguine
  8. Great, first it's huge boobs lows... and now Mickey Mouse model runs.
  9. Exactly. And Eff the bus keys, I got all kinds of tools in my work bag to get that thing hot wired
  10. Definitely. Is it a blip, or slowly figuring something out
  11. Last run he saw, he said there's no way. He don't believe yet
  12. That does not inspire my confidence. I still say the OPs are seeing the pattern more than an individual SW at this point. Wouldn't be surprised at all if these systems merge, or totally change dates as we get closer to... whatever
  13. Black ice everywhere here in Westfield as well. 33 degrees
  14. Very high could mean all the IPAs that have been flowing here this afternoon... I'm looking forward to seeing if this time frame can produce. At least there's something to track at least for now
  15. It's probably something we could help you with eventually. You can always message me if you'd like to discuss. Kind of a strange situation going on here. We're actually selling our business to another contractor. I'll be working with him for a time before I move on to something slightly different myself.
  16. Clouds and raw as f**k in Simsbury, 29 degrees. Great morning for an outdoor service call
  17. I did have the two towns transposed in my head. 29 in E.W. and 31 in Simsbury.. well, West Simsbury really
  18. I'll have to try to dig out my old notes wherever the hell they are lol. If I'm remembering correctly East Windsor had a hair more than Simsbury although maybe I'm of the information backwards. I know the Simsbury measurement is correct
  19. It could be the first snow gun mounted to the roof of a NYC police cruiser
  20. So much for jogging in shorts Been the trend all season to lean cold
  21. Great storm, but I don't buy some of those accumulations for a second. We had 31 in Simsbury, and 34 in East Windsor where I was living at the time. I've heard others say the same.
