There was a bush and rosemary plant both looked like they were suffering a bit. The leaves on the bush were turning brown on the ends, and the rosemary was yellowing.
Small storms with thunder popping up to my southwest. Heard a transformer explode earlier I think. I really don’t want to be on my computer right now... but I have to. 68° F
68° with a few drops out of the sky. Looks like another miss to the south day, with not enough rain to wash pollen away so far, hopefully that changes. Just came back inside with my hands covered in it as if I ate yellow Cheetos or something.
Some storms to my south, something to my north, sunny here but feels like a summer day.
6:46PM Edit: Storms North, West, South, hopefully they make it here, but I have my doubts because... They probably aren’t going to make it here.
That’s how they’ve been able to stay around I think. No other creature is able to adapt to that 17 year cycle. Cicadas themselves can’t defend themselves, so they’re just snacks for birds. Probably good snacks too.
