Yup temps stay reasonable, not a deluge of rain, and temps crash as the front comes through. Hopefully a couple inches of natural plus excellent snowmaking for a couple days.

Lots of beet juice put down on I-68 coming home this evening from Garrett County down through Hagerstown. I guess the contractor gets paid by the gallon.

Snow is serious bizness. I think some of the magic is that snow doesn't happen all that often. If you need a quick hit of the white stuff I would recommend booking a nonstop from BWI to DEN (3hr flight) and staying out in summit county (2hr drive from DEN) for a week. Huntley shouldn't be on the team after this year. Granted, much of the offensive woes are due to Roman, but that last drive was cringe. 3 points, 4 first downs, and 2 three and outs in the second half is terrible. Gus touched the ball 3 times.

Made it to Deep Creek. I70/68 were well treated and tons of plows out. Didn't see any snow on the side of the road until just past Hagerstown. Had to shovel a couple inches of wet snow pack with a crust on top and bust up 1-2" of ice that was underneath from two weeks ago. A little concerned we won't be leaving on time to head west in the morning. Depends on how they treat the roads. Everything is just wet so far but some slick spots. Not gonna push it and just go with the flow. No way we will be on the road prior to the front coming through around 4AM.

Hey the igloos at mountain state are warm n toasty. Does that count as camping?

No fan of the WFTs but that was terrible. They review everything else, that should be reviewable. They spent 5 minutes checking to see if a butt was inbounds or not. Its cold and the refs wanted to go home.

Does the GFS have any support with this? Evolution looks pretty crazy.
