  1. Deep down inside, I kind of love how much of a bust this has been.
  2. Bingo. Give me a slightly further west ridge axis and I’ll take my chances with the block making up for it. Let’s f’ing kill it.
  3. Been a fun day - neighborhood kids sledding and parents enjoying beverages - and I’ve barely measured since mid-morning. My daughter’s math lesson can wait. Would love a little something to top things off tomorrow, but if it doesn’t happen I’ll just set my sights on next weekend’s MECS.
  4. Weenie AF in just the mid-range. Chill...I suggest you log out at about 4 pm tomorrow, then come back when it seems like something could be on the table, whether that’s this coming weekend or after. I’m looking out for your own best interests.
  5. I’m a few miles outside the SW corner of the Beltway, so not really close to Richmond. I’m not concerned about mixing before any lull - which maybe when things shut off anyway - but I want to capitalize as much as possible right the F now!
  6. I’ll take however many buns are rightfully crammed into my mouth. Went to bed last night having scaled down my expectations massively, but I’m already feeling a bit let down even after that. I need to buck up.
  7. Sorry - not aimed at you personally. I personally can’t stand when people post the correlation coefficient, so it’s a “me” problem. We suck enough at snow, and seeing the mix line approach is a huge buzzkill, especially if we underperform as it is!
  8. Ugh. People need to not post that sh*t in these threads.
  9. Snow has been super light in Burke for the last 45 minutes or so. Need that radar to be less choppy.
  10. Really hoping that today is just an appetizer. Even though we’re just missing on max potential today (even for a Miller B/hybrid), getting decently on the board will make potential longer-range letdowns a little easier to swallow.
  11. You give me too much credit - my wife does all the hard work.
  12. Thanks. We’re shooting for two-hour measuring intervals for plotting on a graph. I’ll just call it a linear increase from 3:30-7:30!
  13. 0.75” in Burke. Currently light snow and 28°. @MN Transplant or @yoda...any idea when it started? Important for my daughter’s math lesson!
  14. I’m going to go to bed tonight, safe in the knowledge that the kids will be outside playing with their friends in the snow by lunchtime, and that everything should be covered by the time they have to come in for dinner. I’ll revel in watching the kids play, and will enjoy the company of the other parents in the neighborhood who will be watching their kids, as well. No idea what’ll come after the WAA snow, but I begrudgingly accept that it very likely won’t be what I’d like it to be. Then...come Monday afternoon, I’ll refrain from watching the radar as much as possible and will tune out of here until it’s all done. Then I’ll be back to track whatever fate befalls us in February!
  15. Exactly Thanks. That absolutely makes sense, but I suppose what I’m getting at is that if the NAM has that much snow in the Ohio Valley at 84, then I’m having a hard time believing the rest of it at the same time. I mean...it’s no RGEM, so it has to be junk.
  16. How likely do you think the snows back in Ohio would be at 84hr on the NAM? I know the NAM is crazy, but that seems pretty loco.
  17. Can our honorable admins nuke the accounts of any folks from near Philly who passive-aggressively poke their noses into our forum? TIA.
