    Yup. My third-grader's bus was 25 minutes late on the first day of school and was 30 minutes late on the way home on Wednesday. It's a little frustrating, but it is what it is.

    Just north of me. But that line is building to the west and a little south of me, so hopefully it doesn't gain too much latitude as it moves east.

    HRRR has been junk with our storminess this summer, so I'll take the NAM. I wish I could trust the HRRR because it runs all the time, but no can do.

    I'm honestly not sure it would make any appreciable difference in the strength at landfall on the Gulf Coast whether it got shredded or not because it would still explode once it got over the Gulf.
