    30/20 and dark…. 4 forecasted for 5-9” by LWX. Says it starts after 1:00 but getting closer according to radar. I think it will start down here by 11:00.

    Reasonable cause you know Fredericksburg is the rain/snow line of Virginia. After living here for over 40 years I can attest to it.

    This basically what they have said for the last 3 AFD. It is like they don’t want to say anything wrong or new. IMHO…..

    Just remember a model has never made it snow or rain or even made the sun shine. Use it as a tool to forecast , not as an absolute. .. I will step down.

    Thank you all for sending me the snow . You can stop sending further south. Of course this has a nonzero chance zero chance of happening. But look at the day 4 and 5 percip numbers.

    From LWX AFD. Guidance continues to show appreciable probabilities (greater than 50 percent) for a plowable snow across much of the area, with a slight southward shift in guidance noted in 00z runs.

    Try not a flake just outside Fredericksburg. So be thankful for anything you get. Mama Nature will do what she wants weather you like it or not. Pun intended.
