The 21 trails open aren't even "all covered". most everything is bare minus the snowmaking, even near the summits. Besides perhaps one or two winters, not since the 80's and pre-snowmaking tech/coverage has it looked so rough
It looks like the core of the cold is pretty far west/north at that point. also with that type of surface depiction you'd have clouds, and light onshore wind (at least portions of SNE) so with that in mind, it's really not so warm
March is changeable, but it's not a true "winter" month here. Winter can only be Novemberish-February. Most winters here are 2 to at most 6 weeks out of any of those months. Speaking for here
