  15. I'd call it a D to D-. Overall it's been cold fairly consistently, with little snow. I would add that we had snow near Thanksgiving (around 9" here) and also a little snow on Christmas.

  17. North Billerica. 29.3 mostly snow, some sleet.
  18. Temperature has jolted up to 26.7 with the advancing coastal front!
