Saturday looks like a banger for NNE after all.. Cold front approaching from the north will set the stage for severe thunderstorms on Saturday. Strong and increasing uni-directional shear will make wind damage the biggest threat with these storms. Starting the day with 700 mb temps of +12c so large hail not looking unlikely. Heat advisories will be likely as temperatures soar through the 90s to near 100 in southern New Hampshire. Dangerous apparent temperatures in southern New Hampshire will range between 110 and 115 degrees as dew points top out in the mid 70s. Remainder of the area will see highs from the mid 80s to mid 90s.

it's too bad we won't derecho with this type of heat around. Last week I mentioned mcs debris mucking up big heat for some...we'll see.

I remember cracking 80F dews a number of times living on CC. We all want 80+, but high 70's will probably be the upper limits for most, as usual.
