  1. Next Wednesday has a shot to be a decent slight risk day, esp, ene
  2. Thank goodness we don't live in the MA. That July winter thread is rough.
  3. maybe an 18F for Alex up in the Whites?
  4. Yeah it looks frigid. Maybe the first lows of 20s and 30's for the summer. Congrats
  5. Can't believe how long the dewbate has lasted this summer. You know it's a hot one when there is non-stop dew banter we need a blockbuster severe event, or at least higher end to clean house as well as a distraction
  6. I'm thinking +1 or 1.5 ish for most SNE sites, maybe a 2 or 3 * BDL BOS
  7. +3 or better for a Sultember to remember
  8. pretty much every cool down shown in the longer range guidance has been muted near verification, at least to some extent, . It's a different pattern now than weeks, or a month ago plus there's cool air lurking nearby and available, so we'll see what happens. I still think we end up with a few cfp's that end up hanging up more than sweeping through. That could be very wrong.
  9. oh cool, more D10 progs that will never verify
  10. Ideally the eye would rip right into W LI then cut into SW CT near Danbury, CT
  11. W CT...because that would maximize the damage for most. Also pretty much every NE hurricane is transitioning XT and the wind field is displaced east...that is obvious
  12. All we crave is a very powerful hurricane into W LI/CT, then 2019 goes down as the greatest summer ever
  13. The CV disturbance has potential, hopefully it runs silent and deep and develops later than sooner...
  14. That crash killed 137 total if you include the crew/pilots, on ground and people who died of injuries. I had forgotten the details but they aborted landing in N.O. only to take a chance at DFW
  15. We all hope there will be a few more dangerous episodes.
  16. July dews ended with a decent bang. Let's see what Dewgust brings. 8/10/2000 was C CT-RI-E MA banger and also, there's a relatively higher frequency for tornado occurances in N MA/Central through SE NH/ ME for the next few weeks.
  17. Nice rain here in the wake, vivid lightning mostly c/c
  18. 40,70 leaves Wilmington and the shield disappears
