  1. I had zero expectations here and E NE, only speaking to VA to LI/CT. I wanted to see some 80's further south to get a little hyped for SNE
  2. Getting there...but the lack of hurricane force gusts above NC is telling.
  3. Underwhelming winds across the delmarva. Many people wondering when the storm is arriving and it's passed already...where have we seen this before?...
  4. We knew the wind and rains were going to be nothing extraordinary, the tornado threat is all most of us are relying on. We'll see
  5. I am thinking less-than-normal weakening than we would typically expect. The models do gendrally show this. Not sure about brown ocean effect with this one but given the synoptics, it makes sense to me.
  6. If youre still in E MA. Maybe we'll get a decent rain band with a few gusts of wind, a few iso tors or perhaps microburst.. but generally NBD.

  10. Yeah the hot/dry wx needs a few interruptions. Tracking and forecasting a TC is fun and challenging so we are pretty lucky for Aug 2nd.
  11. True but the ceiling remains pretty low for wind/surge, which is what interests most weenies. The wildcard may be whether we tor or not.
  12. Thankfully it will be moving quickly because not a single one of us wants flooding.
  13. Hopefully the west track holds and we stay relatively dry.
