Yeah the hot/dry wx needs a few interruptions. Tracking and forecasting a TC is fun and challenging so we are pretty lucky for Aug 2nd.

True but the ceiling remains pretty low for wind/surge, which is what interests most weenies. The wildcard may be whether we tor or not.

Thankfully it will be moving quickly because not a single one of us wants flooding.

Heavy rain with light breezes, not the storm we hoped for. Hopefully it stays very weak and way west, and doesnt mess up our SSTs when the real threats arrive.

A FL track definitely increase the odds of TS conditions, anyway.
