  1. i'm thinking 12-20" of snow here through 2/19. Even the high-end puts me at ~34" and slightly below normal
  2. Looks terrific, exactly where we were talking about a week or two ago. Were you here?
  3. #2 ftw Alex Tauntonwx would tap out
  4. had a wolf sighting earlier, maybe more than pee after he ravaged thru
  5. I found this to be an interesting video on off-the-grid living. i've tried to eliminate wasteful resources used/consumed but, also enjoy modern luxuries from time to time https://youtu.be/j1NCiI3h1h8
  6. if that 12z AI verifies, some folks are rage quitting the board. possibly for good
  7. will you be unhappy with less? because it's entirely possible
  8. Yeah, sun is really taking over fast. Even with 10's and 20's, a coating-few inches of snow don't stand a chance against full sun!
  9. +2.3 last Wednesday, 1" Fri night, 1.4" last night. 9.3"+ 4.7" = 14" season
  10. New snow supplanting the several inches that were OTG. Thank goodness
  11. If that PV retrogrades a bit west, we're probably going to have a few killer cutters. Or at least messy triple-point huggers Risk
  12. 0z gfs with 2-3' the next two weeks for much of NE
  13. that is dirty. probably not much snow CT/RI/SE MA
  14. January is a "dry" month so it's not surprising that we go "wet February" , and probably March
  15. I envision at least a few amped up systems, where it's a net-loss rather than gain. It'll be interesting to see where the overall dividing line is the next few weeks, but you know some are going to be triggered
  16. Yeah I can see that, but may be more towards zr/sleet and rain, versus s/r
  17. AI says avg. high is 44F Brattleboro, 45 Boston. They literally said "no thaw" which is why I pointed out that normal mid-March is 10F warmer than now and easily a thaw
