Was 89 on the car thermo at Quincy Shore drive at 1pm. 50 ft. from the water. Summer vibes, folks in bathing suits tanning, limited parking etc.

In all seriousness it's hard to say, Ninos are kinda variable to NE summer temps/dews iirc. Though I haven't thought much about it in a few years at least.
