I'd much rather it cuts a bit, than being fringed with a southern low. If it's gonna be big. Nothing worse than being high and dry across 2/3 of NE. Plus that would snow here
12z JMA looks dangerous. But to me intuitively it would probably at least hug the coast, rather than transfer south of us. SN mix to rain look. Speaking for SE NE
Yeah, I lived 7mi. NW of the NWS office and only had around 5". we talked about this a month or two ago, was a GOOD storm NW of I-495/295 RI and above 500', but was trash for the coastal plain
