    My house is a summer Stein. Plants hate me. 75-80 but lowest dews on the block.

    I consider the regional differences, though. CT I'd install earlier, esp. S CT. Lord knows they are a different climate. Honestly I almost never use A/C. dehumidifiers, air filter, and fans. During winter I keep the heat lower and use humidifier. It feels like Florida, plus the clean air.
