    Mine is patchy in the sunny areas. Still 3 or 4 inches deep in the shade. And my obs are it is frikin gorgeous outside right now. Almost beach time.

    I was a senior in high school. I seem to struggle remembering anything from that year for some reason.

    There are broods that come out every year. Different species. Its just the big one is every 17 years. Some of them come out a year early or a year late as well.

    Not really. They mostly just sit in the trees and make a shit ton of noise. I was camping in a tent for a week during the 2004 cicada's and basically never slept the entire week. By the way they are awesome bait for fishing. If you are into that kind of thing.

    Both the NAM and RGEM are toasty at surface, mid to high 40's at hour 84, but if the timing is right and we get hit overnight I guess anything is possible.

    It absolutely amazes me. 1% of our atmospheric pressure and they are going to fly a helicopter in it. Incredible.

    I got 4 on the 7th. I think it was the 10th/11th event that made the biggest difference. I got an inch of slop while you guys got hit pretty well.

    Pretty incredible year up there for you. You usually do better than us out here. But not usually by this large of a margin. I am not complaining being over climo. Just making an observation. I have around 6 or 7 inches of snowpack. I expect it will be gone, except for the piles at the end of my driveway, by Friday.

    Solid performance from that model once again. It is dead to me. I am hugging every Canadian I see from now on. They tend to be a jolly group of people anyways.

    light sleet/zr out here now. Picked up 1.4 inches with this one I am at 115% of climo on the winter. Not bad at all.
