Yeah. Pretty impressive traffic cams about 30 miles south of when flakes first start. Seems to be piling up pretty quick. I hope I bust miserably.

Tornado warning near Cape Coral FL right now. Check out the dry slot over Atlanta as well. That is what the models were seeing over WV later today. No changes from me on my forecast. I will go down with my ship.

I will say the Euro has been solid as a rock. It hasnt wavered for the past 24 hours. Maybe it wins and goes back to being the king.

Yeah. The Euro is on crack. I hope its right but If we get 10 inches with a track like that I will become a Vikings fan. My call for the Shenandoah Valley. WInchester: 3-4 inches with .1-.25 crust on top Woodstock: 4-5 inches same crust Harrisonburg: 5-6 inches with .05-.1 crust Staunton: 6-8 very little crust.

CMC drives the surface low over Leesburg. The blessing about that is surface temps even out here go up to the mid 30's. I would prefer not to lose power. Temps do crash again mid day Tuesday. But if its right freezing rain wont be an issue out here. If the GFS is right get your generators warmed up.
