    WB latest GEFS extended is cooling North America faster the first week of January this run.....

    WB latest EPS extended.... patience will be needed. Hopefully something to track by the end of the first week of January. Maps for 7 day period ending the 13th.

    Someone from NWS has some explaining to do.....why did they not update all afternoon???!!!!! One thing to have a wrong forecast but to not update is inexcusable. Brunswick , MD Rain. High near 37. Southeast wind around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

    Inch on grass. Streets are covered. Beautiful! First surprise snow of season!!!! By the way, disappointed no weather advisory, blown forecast. Neighborhood streets are snowy/icy.

    Disappointed that I let myself get sucked in by the global models which are not worth a grain of salt outside 5 days. I will only post ensembles outside 5 days moving forward. Too much hype and false hope otherwise....

    12Z AI went poof....really just need to watch the ensembles through this weekend.

    GEFS is too progressive, too far east, but it is deepening the tough next weekend....not done adjusting yet....we will see, at least we are in the stadium....WB 12Z yesterday compared to 6Z today at Day 10.

    Big difference between EURO and GFS with MJO in terms of amplitude into Phase 6 for Christmas week. If the GFS is correct, would think it will be on the warmer side. If EURO is correct, maybe we can still thread the needle with a storm being cold enough...
